Arabia Insurance provides the adequate coverage on all imported and exported cargoes. Insurance against perils of sea, air or inland as well as hull insurance on an ‘ALL RISKS’ or ‘SPECIFIED RISKS’.
Cargo Insurance
1 -Sea freight:
INSTITUTE CARGO CLAUSES (A):
This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as provided in Clauses.
INSTITUTE CARGO CLAUSES (B):
Clauses covering fire or explosion, stranding sunk or capsized, overturning or derailment of Land conveyance, collision, discharge of cargo at a port of distress, earthquake, volcanic eruption or lightning, general average sacrifice, jettison or washing overboard, entry of sea lake or river water into vessel craft hold conveyance container liftvan or place of storage, total loss of any package lost overboard or dropped whilst loading onto or unloading from vessel or craft.
INSTITUTE CARGO CLAUSES (C):
Clauses covering the Risks mentioned in B except earthquake, volcanic eruption or lightning, washing overboard, entry of sea lake or river water into vessel or place of storage, total loss of any package lost overboard or dropped whilst loading onto or unloading from vessel or craft.
2-Air freight:
The Institute cargo clauses (AIR)(excluding sending by post) & Postal sending this insurance is against All Risks of loss or damage to the subject matter insured,
3-Land transit:
-Land Transit Clause only.
-Land Transit All Risks.
Hull Coverage
To compensate for the loss of and/or damage to the insured vessels such as oil tankers, cargo vessels, barges, boats , yachts and jet skis operating within the geographical limits and for a period of twelve months as mentioned in the policy.
INTEREST COVERED
HULL , MACHINERY,GEAR and EQUIPMENT AND EVERYTHING USED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH Excluding liability to crew and cargo and all other exclusions as per clauses.
